IMP’s process relies heavily on building a meaningful relationship between candidates and churches … which requires time and effort. Why would you say this investment of time and effort was worth it?
Would you recommend, to fellow ministers looking to serve a new church, that they look seriously at churches partnering with IMP? Why?
What would you say was the most positive benefit of your congregation’s partnership with IMP?
What was IMP’s role in fostering conversations between you and the candidate who became your new minister? How did you feel about your inclusion in discussions with the candidate?
The ideas of “gifting” and “calling” are important themes for IMP in talking about ministry. Would you say that the church’s appreciation for your own gifts and calling as a minister have been enhanced as a result?
What was the level of preaching and teaching you experienced from the IMP representative serving your church?
