A healthy foundation for a lifetime of ministry
The first decade of ministry is formative, shaping both the minister and the congregation. The Ministry Leaders Cohort is a mentoring cohort from HOPE Network Ministries that supports ministers with 0–10 years of experience by developing spiritual depth, leadership clarity, and relational wisdom.
Through guided discussion and peer learning, participants gain meaningful insight into themselves, their ministry, their leadership relationships, and the culture of the churches they serve. All sessions are held on Zoom, so you can take part from anywhere.

Invest in your minister early
Your church has already invested a great deal in your minister: salary, benefits, training, time, and trust. That investment is worth protecting. The shortage of qualified ministers is real, and some searches take up to two years. Elders are encouraged to sponsor their minister, and at $650 the cohort costs less than 2% of a typical minister’s annual compensation.
