CARE for Ministry Families
Ministry is a family calling. When ministers, their spouses, and their marriages are cared for, churches are better led. HOPE Network offers safe, confidential places to rest, heal, and grow.
You care for your church. Who cares for you?
People in ministry leadership have few places where they feel safe enough to share their struggles openly. Spouses carry much of the weight of ministry, often without a title or a paycheck, and children feel it too. We want to be there for you, so you can be there for your church.
HOPE Network Ministries cares for ministry families in two focused ways: Lavish HOPE, a retreat and community ministry for the wives of ministers and pastors, and Leadership Marriage Care, confidential marriage support for ministers, elders, and their spouses.
Lavish HOPE
Retreats and year-long community for ministers’ wives: rest, spiritual renewal, safe friendships, and extravagant nurturing.
Marriage Care
A free confidential consultation, intensive scholarships, and retreats for ministers, elders, and their spouses.
Lavish HOPE
Lavish HOPE is a ministry for the wives of ministers to experience rest, spiritual renewal, safe community, and extravagant nurturing.
Ministers’ wives are integral to the life of the church, yet many feel isolated and struggle to find others who truly understand their challenges. According to a 2024 Barna report, 86% of ministers say their spouse is significantly involved in their ministry, and 91% say they couldn’t serve as well without them.
Born from a HOPE Network survey of preachers’ wives, Lavish HOPE is a ministry for women from women who understand the calling, joys, and difficulties of ministry life.

Leadership Marriage Care
When your marriage is not growing, your ministry will likely become stagnant as well. A healthy marriage is essential to ministering effectively, and to many people your marriage speaks louder about your witness than any other part of your ministry.
Through our partnership with Growing Love Network, we have walked alongside hundreds of couples serving in leadership in their local congregations.
