Doing ministry in today’s chaotic, anxious, and pluralistic world is challenging and church people reflect the chaos and anxiety as well. It’s no wonder many a church leader feels alone and burdened. You may even feel like a failure at times. Being a leader can be emotionally exhausting and spiritually distressing. Every leader needs encouragement. Through
presentation, conversations with other leaders and dialog we will learn together what it means to lead well in anxious times.
